Forgiven, because you were forsaken

Sunday morning service at expo was a BLAST!

pastor shared the story about joseph and how he was sold as a slave to Egypt by his brother and landed in jail for accused of raping when the woman wanted to rape him, then become prime minister because he can interpret dreams for the king and yada yada.

but what caught my attention wasn't about the rise of joseph from being a slave to a PM, i bet people know it by heart la. the main thing was that joseph, despite being sold away by his brothers, did not forgave them when he was all rich and famous after being a PM but forgave them when he was still a product off human-trafficking. you know, he could have throw all the brothers to jail and have them lined up for the execution.

you see, how many of us would even harbor unforgiveness on trivial things like with people who like don't lend you their rubber in class or never return the 50cents they borrowed back in the primary school days? let alone being sold away?!

i guess the one of the best way that God have shown forgiven was portrayed on "Passion of Christ" when the roman soldiers was nailing him to the cross and mocking him and all that, Jesus said this "Father, forgive them"
